Returns

To make a return to MAISON AZUR as convenient as possible, you can send your jewelry back to us within 14 days. We will create a return label for you and take care of everything. Within Europe, this is completely free of charge for you.

Returns within Europe

To return a piece of jewelry, simply send us an email at orders@themaisonazur.com or a letter by mail with the following content:

ORDER NUMBER
DESIRE FOR ADJUSTMENT, EXCHANGE, OR REFUND
REASON FOR RETURN

Alternatively, you can use the sample cancellation form that you will find in our refund policy.

We will then create a return label for you which you will receive from us by e-mail. Please make sure that the order number can be assigned to your package and pack the piece of jewelry, if possible, in the original packaging to ensure safe shipping. Alternatively, you can use a postal service of your choice at your own responsibility.

You will receive a notification from us once we have received and inspected your return. This can take up to 10 working days. We will then refund your purchase price via your chosen payment method. The entire return process usually takes up to 14 business days. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take several days to see your refund in your account.

Returns outside Europe

We will be happy to send you a shipping label for your return. Unfortunately, we cannot offer free returns outside of Europe at this moment. Therefore, you will be responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods. Please note that these may vary depending on the country and region of origin.
